Rev I'm having trouble with PM, in answer to your question, yes I believe these packs will deliver substantially more than they are rated for. 40-45 mph should be no problem in bursts. You will suck 'em down faster of course. I have run mine (have 2 pair) as hard as I ever will and they get lukewarm. There isn't even a warm up like my FP Evo25's had, they ended over 120 degrees alot- but have sold those because I was so impressed with the Swift Classics.

"I ran DTX 4200 packs a couple of times in the truck and never had heat issues. My Mamba Max thermalled today though. It kind of suprised me."

Your limitation was your batteries before, now it will be your MM. A Medusa 70 or 80 or similar motor may put you into MMM territory, but yes the batteries are capable I have no doubt.

I still am running one, in a HEAVY rig (with a fan) and I actually have no plans to get a MMM, even though I am pushing the MM close to the limit. I had planned on a MMM but got caught in the waiting game last summer and went with the MM and have no regrets. Actually love it cuz it's smaller.

" I just leave my balancer pluged into my charger all the time. That isnt bad for them is it?"

I think that's common, but I've only owned a balance charger so someone else might wanna chime in.
