Sorry for the delay in reponding, but on morning of the 25th, PC - hard drive crashed, no warning, looks like a head failure. Drive sent off for data recovery and I'm back up on a new drive waiting for data to come back.

Later same day, my primary desktop starts acting up, NAV was only able to warn me about something called Packed.Generic.200 - a really nasty virus that changes windows so nothing can be done to get rid of it, windows can't see it. Disables system restore, won't allow me to scan C: in any way, prevents SpyBot and many otherspyware/malware tools from running. I believe its purpose is to use my PC as a spambot, so basically, another PC thats toast, 2 in one freaking day! I have to "rebuild" the system after a clean install to get rid of that crap. I hope there is a special place in hell for the despicable scum who write this trash.

Thanks for the help and suggestions, but when my 150amp Eagle Tree arrived, it had a much later version of the software. I installed it and now my saved files play back fine, the data was there all along. The prob had to be with software version I received with my orig recorder. It would load the file, and show the time, but showed nothing else no matter what I tried.

Now, all is good. Has anyone tried running the recorder on a Flux?? Does it make a diff which side you hook up on??

Jeff - I'm in West Houston, near Memorial. Where are you located??
