The links are for the same motor, just one is a smooth can, the other is finned.

As far as powerful, the 1521 is a more powerful motor over the 2200cc/Neu any day of the week. Its continuous and maxx output number are much greater than the CC/Neu. The sheer size of the motor is much larger.

What kind of powerful are they looking for?
