kv= revolutions per volt. If a motor has a kv of 2200, it will spin 22,000 rpm @ 10v.
1515/1y = Neu 1515 size motor. The 15xx series refers to the diameter, and the last "15" refers to the length. The "1" in "1y" means 1 turn of wire. The "y" mean the coils are configured in wye (also commonly called "star" or *) configuration.
2200kv = Probably referring to the Castle/Neu motors, which has a kv of 2200.
