Pro 2 rockers for sure. I like 60-70 weight oil a little better than the 50 weight, too. Also, I used the stiffest pro2 springs available on the back, and the next stiffest springs on the front. I may try the same spring rate front and rear, though(the G2R turns WAAAY better than a Nitro Revo). I also use an aluminum servo saver(part of an Integy SS, with the proline single arm) and the stock SS spring(heavy duty with the aluminum saver parts is too stiff-no "saving" involved!). I like my ride height just above arms level for a rough track, and as low as possible on a smooth track.
Bowties work great. I actually like a modified 40 series bowtie the best(trim the rim to make it similar in size to the regular bowtie, but with less sidewall and less weight!).
