Basically the same motors. The CC version is physically a bit longer so it will have more surface area to stay cool, is built for cars (no holes for dirt to get in), and cheaper for not much less quality. The "real" Neus may be a bit more efficient (haven't seen graphs comparing them side by side), but are really made for heli/aircraft with cooling holes to keep the internals a bit cooler.
