May I suggest upgrading to a HW150A. It will probably cost 50 bucks more.

I had a truck that weighed 4.3Kg geared for around 45mph with a feigao 7L on4S. It ran ok but gets really hot at just below 60C.

How I am using a HW150A with a KB45 2300Kv motor geared to the same speed and the HW150A is just lukewarm (truck is now 4.6Kg). Probably 40C at most I did a measurement before and it was 38C but the fets are probably hotter than this. Ambient temp was around 30-34. And do avoid the KB45s. My KB45 gets to around 50-55C just doing speed runs. Race condition will probably get it to heat up more.


Try to avoid iron loss with cheap motors. Stick below 40000rpm and u will find your motor to be alot cooler.
