I would have to say the Mugen MBX5-T. Everyone I have talked to who owns one at the LHS says they are very tough, I have one and haven't yet gotten to really test its durability but so far it has taken a few tumbles with no breakage. And a lot of people here on RCM think their MBX5-T's are super durable. I haven't heard of any durability issues with the MBX6-T yet either.
