My beef with Deans are that sometimes they are TOO HARD to get apart. I don't know what to do about making them a touch looser. Not LOOSE, but I've actually yanked the soldered wires from the poles before. Granted.. you shouldn't be able to do that! But still sometimes, with certain one, I've got to strain to undo the connection.

And may I say, that with CC 6.5's, after landing a jump, numerous times I've had to reconnect one of my leads in particular, almost all the time. It would jerk itself out. Didn't dig that either.

Sermos/PowerPoles, are my absolute fave. They are easy to solder or crimp, they can be removed easily, and they rarely come unhooked. But I dont' think they make them to handle 150A of current. Actually I think they do, but they are like $23 per connector! I saw them on Ebay under the name of Anderson Power Poles I think. Yikes! My 2nd fave connector is probably the Traxxas High Current. But I'm quite happy with bullets too.

BTW.. those Hyperion connectors look REAL nice! Surely they'll make their way to the US eventually. Muchmore racing has some really nice Euro connectors too, but they aren't easy to find in the US.
