Keep in mind that just because LiFe-Po can discharge at higher C rates doesn't mean they can give you more power or punch. For example, if a A123 cell is rated at 30C it could drop to 2.0 volts per cell under that load which would be acceptable for the cell chemistry. A lipo cell correctly rated at 30C MUST stay above 3.0 volts at that discharge level - so you know it has to be good at providing the punch.
