Here's how I did it cheap:

At the top, it's one of the standard LST upper shock bushings with a long 3mm screw through the bushing and the tower. I found the 3mm screws bent easily so I upped it to 4mm, by drilling out the shock tower and bushing.
The lower is a simple bracket from 1/4" polycarbonate (Lexan) that spaces out the shock and distributes some of the load to the other side of the arm. Those are Savage 25 arms, BTW.
