Great looking truck.
I run 7/7/3 in my xt8'09 for the track. I was running 10 in the center, but found that with the 7 I can just point and shoot and it stays going the direction I point it better. If you have alot of traction 10 may be better. For bashing only go a little heavier in the center, maybe 15. 30 is way to heavy for anything except wheelies IMO. Of course wheelies can be fun too.
