I have find it at tower hobbies
http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXR826&P=7

The crt.5 axle diameter is 0.1875".

the 7/32 brass tubing have an outer diameter = 0.21875", with a wall of 0.014" (x2 to have the total wall tickness).
So 0.21875" - (2 x 0.014") = 0.19075" is the insinde diameter of brass tubing.

The gap between the inside brass tubing and outer axle diameter will be:
0.19075" - 0.1875 = 0.00325" (0.08255mm) i'am sure that all the slop will be eliminated

The only thing i'll have to do will be to put the adapter on the lathe and ream it to 0.21865" and press fit the brass tubing in the adapter with a dab of green lock-tite. And drill the hole for the lock pin
