maybe I'm reckless, but if a lipo is gonna catch fire, it's gonna make a scene no matter what casing it is in, and no matter what voltage it is... Can someone explain to me their point?
And just for my information, do they run different engine classes in nitro racing and are they looking to split the 4s and 6s groups?

All the battery motor combination's will be run together. Classes will be separated by skill, Pro, Expert, Sportsman, etc. (and separate buggy and truggy of course
)
In nitro racing, engine size can vary. In buggy, .21 is standard, but at a club race no one cares about a 24.7 sport engine. In truggy, anything up to a .28 is fine. A lot of pro's will actually run .21's in their truggy for better fuel mileage and because laying down the extra power is harder to do for consistent laps.
