Nicely said Mike.

Yeah, all I can say about the G3 packs so far (have had them since May) is that they are top notch performance, very good quality (build and cell matching tolerances), and have a VERY decent price tag compared to other brands of the same or lesser performance packs. Whatever cells they use, they state 4x cycle life over previous last gen packs, which is a HUGE plus as most packs don't make it past their 100th birthday, cycles. (although might have something to do with user neglect)

Just to compare a G3 pack to another Hyperion (older Enerland cell based) VX pack is my race Revo at the track will consume on average about 165mah/min, and with the Enerland packs, on average 180mah/min. This is because to do a certain amount of work, requires a certain amount of power, and power = volts x amps.... and because there is more voltage available in the G3 pack (less voltage drop), the system requires less amps, and less amps equals more runtime. The G3 packs have a very flat discharge curve as well, which is very nice when racing (throttle feel).

The Hyperion G3's are your best investment presently in batteries.
