The Contra Motors have alot to do with this.
In the area of diff cup flex!
Use a hollow hardened shaft from one of the Contra Motors, cut it off flush with end of the rotating endbell, then bolt on your diff cup.
This would support the endbell properly, eliminating flexing pressures from the cup. It would be hollow to allow your center drive shaft to go right back up through to the other end of the motor.
