Ok, the 2200 is a 1515 size neu clone.
So the logical upgrade would be a 1521 motor. If you get a smooth can it will bolt right into the stock flux mounts. Nothing else will fit (unless it is the same diameter as a smooth can 15 series neu). I run a 1521 1y (1577kv) on 6s in my large trucks, and it does very well. Since you currently run 6s and a 2200 motor you would need to re-gear quite a bit if going to a lower kv motor. Not sure if you can change the gearing enough to run a 1600kv motor.
As far as going to a Novak system???? Freezebyte, you must be joking, or you are a huge dumbass... 1st the setup you linked is for 10th scale, and novak does not sell anything close to the power the flux/tork setup produces (maybe run 2 of their "8th" scale hv systems?)...
Wheel wideners are not a good idea, extra stress on wheel bearings will just cause continual failures in that area. Get some high qual bearings and use a different offset wheel if you want it to be wider. Not sure but someone makes wider arms, cvds, etc for the savvy.
