The ERevo Diff housing needs to be modified in order for it to fit inside. You need to remove some of the housing, and if you remove too much, you'll make it super weak. So, you'll want to dremel away just the right amount.

Just sit the diff inside the casing, and find out where it's rubbing, then slowly dremel it away. I know some guys use some blue stuff that will mark the pressure points from the diff to the case, so you know where to dremel.
