I had the same thumbcam, decided to do a quickie trial on the truck and destroyed it.
Broke the record start/stop button off
. I only had it like 3 days and was pretty impressed with the video quality. If it makes you feel better I paid about $100 for mine...
The cam you linked is one of the good ones I'm pretty sure, go for it! Some onboard from Mulligan would be a nice touch
