Like Bondo said, you can double up on the heatshrink, or get shrink with a 2:1 or even 3:1 shrink ratio and get a larger size than you need. When it shrinks, the walls also get thicker which provides more insulation. BUt I really don't think you need to worry, I've used single layer regular shrink in every setup and it's fine. It might help to zip-tie the wires to something solid to keep them from bouncing around though. Not only does this help prevent wear, it also makes less stress on the solder joints and wires.
