Well, let us know what motor you are using and what gearing you are using.

I usually set the punch and brake at 50% and work from there. Brake setting is pretty obvious, increase it until the truck brakes too hard. Punch control I usually work the other way, decrease it until the vehicle feel a bit sluggish. These setting will maximize runtime, but the best way to get great results is drive very smoothly. Try not to brake hard, and accelerate smoothly.

I also set the start power at medium, and leave the timing at normal.
