Good times:

NewEra parts arrived, along with the first pair of shocks.

Had to use a 1mm thick shim behind the lower links for clearance, otherwise the rod ends prevent the center skid mounts from bolting in place- big rodends....

....cause problems. They fouled the center skid, preventing it from bolting to the mounts. Only solutions were either to use some standoffs like in the photo, or to remove some material from each corner of the skid. Only a couple of mm need to be removed, so I may tackle that at a later point- took the easy option for the time being (still looks & works fine).

Cantilevers give an additional 2 holes on the shock end/side, and the option to go in or out one hole further on the push rod end/side. I will play around with that further once I get the rest of the metal parts installed.

And there she sits. I didnt bother installing the front & rear skids as theres not much point, gonna wait until the lower axle guards arrive (next week?) and then I shall do my trademark mod to the front skid (see: previous TXT-1 project). Laters
