Sweet- need a video at some point, and any chance of a wiring diagram; all I can see is wires and bubble wrap!
Not sure about that little heatsink though- I assume it spins around with the endbell, which kinda makes me nervous about the damage it could do to your legs... maybe something a bit rounder and less pointy?..
