I've got a New Novak HV-Pro 16.8V Brushless ESC for sale. This was a replacement for one that failed. It came back from Novak with the HV motor attached. The motor is already spoken for so I am selling the ESC separately. It was bench tested but never installed in a car. Here's a pic of the speed control:
