I called Spektrum, and their wonderful customer service guy told me that I had to send it in for them to repair - If I tried to repair it myself, I WOULD void my warranty because the installation of the antenna is VERY critical to the performance of the radio (the warranty wouldn't cover the cost of the repairing the antenna BTW). Price, minimum 75 dollars, plus parts, plus shipping.
I took the thing apart, and the antenna is held on by a nut on a post. I put it back in place, superglued the plastic that broke, and its run great ever since.
Really? That sucks, because in the UK you can get the antenna and they even allow you to replace it yourself, it's about £3.99. Same thing happened with my radio, so we called Horizon UK (used to be Helger Racing) and got a new one sent through (I work at the LHS). I don't know whether the fact that we're a shop helps, but they certainly don't seem to mind user repairs - it is only an antenna, and a small plug on the back of the PCB.

In the beginning the Universe was created.
This has made a lot of people very angry and has been widely regarded as a bad move.
