I assume you mean the blue diff gear?
I got the 13t and the blue 36t gear from sdp-si.com
I also got some 36t gears from Mike as well
I stuck with plastic gears to keep the weight down. I've run all plastic gears in all my trannies with my brushless setups and never had a problem so far.

I chose to utilize the 1st gear gear-set (13/36) because I was running a small spur gear with the revo slipper. This setup would be an easy conversion just using the stock input gear with the steel gears. If your going to use a larger spur gear, I'd use the 2nd gear gear-set (18/31).

I have a set of gears comming for the tmaxx tranny 26/28. This conversion is a little tricky but do-able.
