feigaos CANNOT be run over 30,000 rpm, or they burn up. Extreme care has to be taken not to overload the motor, or they burn up. Temps have to be monitored very closely during initial runs, to get the proper gearing for a light enough load so they don't burn up. Also quality control is hit or miss, sometimes looking at them wrong will (you guessed it) burn them up.

The 44 and 45mm versions are just larger pieces of crap.

All that being said, all of us have owned and ran several feigaos, with dilligent care it can be done.

A higher quality motor is much more resilient to gearing changes and load, proper test runs and temp monitoring are still necessary, but once you are set up you can run without worries.

With a feigao you always wonder, "Is this the day my motor will die", and it very well could be.
