Here are some choices - I went with 12 cells - because that motor is typically used with 12 cells - going to 14 will put that motor close to its rpm limit. Hope this helps.......

Very very helpful...I do hear alot of people running 14 cells with the 9L. Is 22 pinion the maximum number I could use? What would be the mx limit?
