Reitired US Navy and after 20+ years of using only last names I am too old to start changing my ways now.
I'm sure he knew it was meant for him. You do some time serving our Country and then come talk to me about something so trivial. I doubt that he was offended.
I know I know I should learn that I am a civilian now. BUT actually now I am a Federal Agent and the same protocal still applies to my every day life.
