Yup, love the E-Sav platform. Just so many things you can turn it into. I would like to mount the ESC closer to the motor. As it is, I had to move the ESC slightly closer to the motor since it's sooo far away with the super-long RB2X chassis.
The ESC runs great with this setup. While the weight of the E-Sav is about the same as a 1/8-buggy, the tranny helps alleviate a lot of load from the motor, which resultingly takes some load off the ESC. The ESC's never broken 120F, even on a hot day at the track. And I had the ESC pushing a MUCH larger motor than that before in the E-Sav. Those little 60A EZRuns take quite a bit of abuse. And I've heard the V2s come with a pair of 470uF 25V caps already, so that means I'm running 5x 470uF 25V caps right now...sweet!

Those E-Maxx turnbuckles look much better than my CRT ones. I might pick up a set of those. Do I just get the normal ones and they'll fit fine?

I still want to do a few things like aluminum bottom support for the servos (it's the stock plastic right now and I already broke one of those). Maybe a Jedi mount which will lower the CG quite a bit. And a superglide kit.
