That happened to me on my 6s packs, I would get one cell over charging about .2 volts. I figured out it was the charger and there was a way to calibrate it.

I checked the manual for my charger (Thunder Power 610C) and I didn’t see a calibration settings. It was actually .25v below the rest of the cells and the charger would have a temper tantrum and stop the charge. My 2s and 3s packs charge fine and are balanced. I also verified the packs condition with a volt meter so the charger isn’t crazy (I don’t think so at least

). The manual recommended charging at .5 amp but I still had the same issue. Because of all this I am fairly sure it’s the battery (just a fluke and my luck). It’s ok though, Mike is taking care of it for me. I can't wait to get my truck running!
