If you do this you WILL need to upgrade to 1/8 diffs...RCM hybrid diffs are the ticket. The stock ones will not last 5 mins. will all the added weight.
I did a revo conversion awhile back and also wished for a longer truck...maybe 2-3 " longer. More than that and you would need to extend the wheels out a bit to keep the handling right.
