AFAIK, Eagletree currently only goes up to 150A. There may be other brands that can do higher, but have not heard much about them. ET seems to be the standard.

I wouldn't be too sure about that. I've recorded peaks of ~145A on a CRT.5 running 3s geared for 40mph. And I've calculated peaks around 200A on my XT8 (5s) geared for ~35mph.
