Just as Suicideneil said on BYT, just check the individual cell voltages. Set the Multimeter to 10 Volts DC and place the negative probe on the black balance plug contact and the positive probe on the yellow to check cell 1 then move each probe over one to check cell 2. Whichever one reads zero or very little voltage you need to charge. I would recommend hooking up the charge only to the bad cell in nimh mode to revive it.
