well the whole point of the chassis project was to reduce spend by doing it myself... it was a lot of fun going through the process of sourcing the bits to get this bad boy together... and I can appreciate it
a lot more when I stand back and say... "I did that with my hands!'"
... I got the FLM chassis braces from Mike for a good price and from there i started looking really cheap deals on Carbon Fiber...
I am sure you'll have a good time with a project like this... just be pacient (it took me over a year to get to this point and there is still more to be done)... I know funds are tight everywhere now, but
just keep your eyes open for good deals, they're out there...
