What I should have added follows your post a bit. Design an electric buggy/truggy from the ground up with also taking into consideration the few weak points that BL power has pointed out....axles, pins as stated above. Then you truly would have an exceptional rig.

The Monster has the market cornered as far as electric chassis layouts go. To date I have seen nothing remotely close to the quality/balance of an RCM electric chassis.
