Now, I don't know about anyone else, but that's not how I expect, or want to be treated by companies I am spending my hard earned cash with. So, yeah; they'll never get another dime of my money. Besides, I've heard much better things about Offshore, so if I need another motor like this, that's where I'll be going.

This is pretty much the same for every other horror story I found searching the net!
Hopefully the motor is the correct one, then I'm happy.
