What is the prescribed way to contact FLM on getting some parts warranted been 2 days on the email route and no dice.

I am looking forward to getting this resolved and enjoying my FLM slash 4x4.
Have 2 diff cups that are miss machined and a set of broken axles with a tossed center diff.
