Wow... I'm having this SAME problem with a brand new schulze esc. My new motor runs perfectly when its on the stand, but as soon as I sit it on the ground, COGGING like CRAZY. I switched my timing and it seems to work best with 4 and 5 on softer, but it still coggs before it can take off. Just not enough.
I wonder if the fact that its a 149/200Amp esc has anything to do with it? I was wondering if some better connectors might help. I use great planes bullet connectors right now...
