Thanks for your great comments; I was right, it is a setup issue...
I recently changed my motor and gearing to be much faster.
I never had any issue to fly leveled with my "slow" setup.
Seems like I'm still pressing the throttle hard to compensate the slow speed that I had before.
So now I have two options: Return to the "slow" setup or practice the throttle timing for my new gearing and motor.
Thanks again for great comments, you helped me to figure it out (I had no clue that the speed gearing can affect my jumping), please correct me if I'm wrong.
