Well, running 4s means you need a motor with kv of 2000 or so. Sticking with CC that means the 1515 2200kv motor. You batteries, as long as the 50c is close to correct will do fine with that motor and a MMM geared for 40-50mph. The 1717 will be a tough fit due to the diameter and will not be spinning very fast at 4s. Going up to 6s lipo would be good but then it will be overkill for the truggy.
