According to my sauces ( ketchup & salad cream ) the LST2 diff internals do indeed fit the FLM hybrid bulk heads- just add shims as required to get a perfect mesh ( 0.2 x 10 x 8mm I believe ).

GH stuff is said to be pretty good for the most part- cant really go wrong with something simple like ordinary bulkheads.
