Hi guys,

I've just sent this e-mail to Castle Creations and was wondering whether anyone else has had this problem before?

Whats happened is I have my ESC servo taped to the chassis, the case halves came apart and because of this the top half, which has the ESC in, bounced around and tore the receiver wire clean off the PCB.

Has anyone had this happen before and did Castle replace/fix the ESC?

I've got a warranty query regarding one of my Mamba Monster ESC's.

I have it installed in my RC8 buggy but the receiver wire has snapped off of the board. What has happened is that the case has split open mid race and because the ESC/Top half was loose from the bottom half it managed to rip the wire clean off of the PCB.

I'm guessing that it's not something which I can repair judging by the size of the wires and the size of the contacts they need soldering too without shorting them.

Is this something that is covered by warranty as it's the case splitting open which has caused this? The bottom half of the case is still taped down on the buggies chassis.
