I don't like them. I prefer the bullets with the female being like a tube and the male having the slots. Reason why for me is I like to cover the bullets with high quality heat shrink with glue inside. When the shrink is heated, the glue melts and the result is a better bond between the shrink and the plug's surface. But I do have to clean up the glue that seeps in the male plug's slots. Easy to do with a hobby knife on the standard bullets but it would be impossible to clean the slots on that female plug. If using regular heat shrink with no glue inside then it wouldn't be an issue.
