you'd still have to handle the car to plug in the always powered bec. And why wouldn't you just flip the switch then? Or eliminate the switch and just plug in the battery, as you'd have to plug something in anyway.
On top of that, you should never leave anything plugged into a lipo.
Your best case scenario is handling the car to plug in the bec, then setting it on the ground so you can turn it on remotely. Not even much of a novelty IMO.
