Jayhay your diagram is wrong. The PiStix goes between the ICE and the receiver.

Plug the steering servo into channel 1.
Plug the PiStix into channel 2.
Plug the brake servo into channel 3.
Plug the CC BEC into the "batt" port on the receiver.
Plug the ICE into the PiStix.
The power to the BEC is correct in your diagram.
