i was reading some descriptions, but i am unsure as to what is accurate!

I was looking at the Leopard 4082 1000kv or 1250kv (42x82mm can)

But it says that they should only run 25,000-35,000 rpm???

It is a little low right? Because on 9s a 1250kv motor is spinning at 41,000rpm... That seems acceptable right?
