Go to Harbor Freight. They have really good heat shrink tubing and cheap.

Remember they (Turnigy) have a USA warehouse now. But would try a repair my self. But you will need a really good solder gun, like the Weller 260 watt. Big wire require big heat. To little and can risk major battery problems by overheating the battery.
