I think they are a step above the 40c's, but it's hard waiting for the longer shipping.

I use the smaller cells 3000 & 1800 in 1/10 to take advantage of the higher C ratings.

The 45-90c allow a charge rate of 8c, where the lower 35-70c allow 5c. Besides the charge rate and availability, I haven't noticed much difference in the two.
