If you drill a 8mm holet through them for the Truggy/Buggy axle stub then it should work. Also you will need to drill a 2mm(I think) hole for the pin through the side of the hex but by then it is a lot of stuffing around. All 23mm and 24mm wheel hexes I have seen are designed the similar way and none will suit a truggy without a bit of modding.
Wheel hexes are pretty simple to make (well if you have a CNC machine) so why not ask Monster Mile for a hand? He will be able to make them easily enough but all depends what price he can do them for.
